Protection from The Strange Woman
The Desire to be Virtuous Women
Specifically thinking of my sons... May the Lord shield my son's hearts from the strange woman.
The book of Proverbs is filled with loud warnings against her. It is for good reason that the Bible has much to warn against the strange woman. Proverbs 5:3-5 tell us, "For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil: But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword. Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell."
Specifically thinking of my daughters…May they be virtuous women. The book of Proverbs has much to say about this woman as well. Proverbs 31:11-12 says, "The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life."
