Isn't this a wonderful verse? It was the first verse that my husband and I memorized together, about 16 years ago. Little did I know how important this verse would become in my life. This verse became even more real to me after the Lord blessed us with our 5th child. As wives, as mothers, what a wonderful thought that we can come bodily to the throne of grace, through Jesus Christ.
It reminds me of a quote I found written in my mother in law's Bible…
"If I could hear Christ praying for me in the next room, I would not fear a million enemies, yet the distance makes no difference, He is praying for me."
