It is not death to die...

to them that know the Lord. My precious mother in love (as she would say) went to be with her Lord on Friday July 9th. She went` peacefully in her sleep with her husband of nearly 35 years by her side.....just as she wanted it.

"Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. Give her the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates." Proverbs 31 28-31

"Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies." Proverbs 31:10

And to know I got to be HER daughter in love...I was/am blessed. Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord!

The Virtuous Woman

A virtuous woman is rare, says God's Word.

Because she loveth and feareth the Lord.

Can doubting and wanting and fear plague the home

Delivered from a woman thats's eager to roam?

Every poor soul goes away satisfied

For the virtuous woman hath a bounteous supply.

Go ye to the gate, and hear what they tell

Her work is so blessed; she doeth all well.

Imagine a woman, so kind with her tongue!

Joy reigns in her household, her praises are sung.

Know why her garden, it groweth so fine?

Lo, see her praying, she implores the Divine.

Merchandise everywhere, carefully wrought.

No slumbering mornings-her Lord early sought.

Oh see the weather, it's looking like snow

Purple and scarlet, her family dost know.

Quietly working late into the night

Running her household so well's her delight.

Such modest apparrel adorneth this wife

That none can accuse her-she's blameless in life.

Useless the woman who's not in subjection

Vain wanderings in this life- then final rejection.

Why not learn a lesson, some wisdom to win

eXactly her pattern to trace and not sin.

Yes, quietness in spirit her God satisfies.

Zealous to please Him, her God glorifies.
