That word again....

move...yes, yet again we are hearing that word. Since coming home to the states with Dmitiry, his medical doctors both on base and in Denver feel it to be in his/our best interest to leave SD. For the next couple years D will be undergoing several surgeries and have many Dr.s visits. His Doctors have done all the paperwork and next week we will be turning in all the paperwork to the office that handles giving out assignments. This is how it works...they first see what bases in the country need more in Mike's career field. Out of the ones that respond they then send them all Dmitriy's medical information to see which of those bases could accomodate his needs. We get little to no say in where we go. We know there are only a handfull of bases that are options..there is a base in Virginia Beach, Destin Florida, Denver Colorado, Ohio, Illinois...there are a few more. We were told to expect a 3-6 month time frame. We have our own desires on where we would like to go. We know the Lord knows much better than we do, so please join us in praying. Prayin the Lord would open the door to exactly where we need to be and close all other doors. We do know that where we go to next, we will be there until Mike retires, so we are really praying.
