Here I am again. Things have been some what crazy for the past week or so, but I sure am making up for it. I cannot post pictures from Mike's laptop because it is his work computer, therefore I have to wait to post pictures until I go visit my mom or my aunt Brenda.
Things are wonderful here at our home. I got another Above Rubies magazine in the mail today. This is a free magazine to Christian mothers and wives, I love reading the articles they are very encouraging to me! Church is going very well. The past few weeks Pastor Charles has been preaching on compromising with the world, the Lord has used this to deal with my heart about some different things. As Christians we have to be set apart from the world. We are not to love the things of this world. This world hates Christ. We either love Christ or we love the world. As Christians we sure have to be careful not to hurt our testimony, people do watch us! We must be careful with what we do, what we say, where we go, what we read and what we watch on TV. I know I fail the Lord on these matters.
1 Peter chapter 2 verse 9 says.."But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people;that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light."
Thank you to my aunt Brenda for letting me spend hours at her house tonight downloading pictures, when I know she was probably ready for bed:) Thank you to my mom for watching my girls today so I could take care of some things. For all of you in Texas, enjoy the pictures!!

Thank you for the true words concerning our testimonies! I always need to be reminded. I do love that Brother Charles.
Good reminders, Misty. We're to "come out from among them and be separate." The Lord cares about the "little" things. I think people don't realize the impact that those things DO have. We need to have sensitive hearts!
