Well we are having a blast here playing in the snow. It started snowing Wed. afternoon and continued until yesterday evening. They say at times the wind got to 70 mph. We have drifts of about 4 feet. This is the second day our only interstate has been closed and this is day 2 of the base being closed. Mike is enjoying his second day off by shoveling the driveway:) Mike and I both love to play in the snow, so we have to take turns with who gets to play outside and who gets to be inside with Luke. The wind is too much to have Luke out too long and the temp. is still very cold. Mike was able to make it to the commissary on his way home Wed. evening, good thing:) We did loose heat but we have some wonderful neighbors who let us use their space heater and that worked very well. Lesson learned, you always need a space heater especially in SD. Hope you enjoy these pictures.

Thanks for the pictures of the snow! I wish we were there to play in it with you! Throw a snowball for me!
Love,
Tabitha
You KNOW how jealous I am of your weather, though it was FREEZING at the game tonight! Took a long time for my toes to thaw, but hey, they WON! One playoff game coming up.
Hope to see you soon. Love to all!
That is crazy!! You came here to warm weather and went home to that! I hope your flight back was OK. I am working hard on finishing the other 2 quilts... as I see I am sure they will be helpful!! I am headed to the OB Monday for my 24 week check. I will call you (and Tabitha) and let you know what will be happening. I am SOOOOO excited I got a short little while to see you!
Take Care,
Rebecca
